I have known Dr. Hamtaee and his welcoming, gracious and thorough staff for several years. They are considerate, very experienced and ask the right questions to learn about you and your needs! Without a doubt they try to be helpful and are very thorough to get the positive outcome and healing you need for your unique situation or injury and to get you to a better place health wise. Dr. Hamtaee is very experienced and asks the right questions in order to improve your health and uniquely heal you!
I'm very fortunate to know them and to have benefitted from their expertise as good health is very important to me!

There is always a very friendly atmosphere or vibe when I enter this place. It all starts at the front desk and Nayelly is always so nice. I also want to mention that I am appreciative of the fact that she knows little things that count about me. I had a double stroke about 6 months ago and she noticed/knows its still hard for me to grab or pick up things, normally when I come in and she see me, she will pick the pen up and put it in my hand for me to sign in. I love the chats with Karina and the ladies in the back are awesome and very caring and attentive to patients needs or concerns. Dr, Hamtaee also listens to concerns and makes the appropriate suggestions or referrals for other services. I love that the staff clean equipment after each patient. I am also in the healthcare field, so that is very important to me. Overall, everyone there I have had a pleasant encounter with.

I highly recommend this doctor!!! He is nice, polite, and the staff is top notch! The staff speaks Spanish are very helpful. If you are looking for a doctor who you can continue to see long term, look no further!!!

Great experience. Went there as a precaution after my accident and they were extremely professional! Office was well kept and clean. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes!

Can't say enough about the staff here. They are passionate about what they do, and they always are checking to make sure you are comfortable. And Dr. Hamatee is amazing. He is a hard worker and wants his patients to be taken care of. He will listen to your concerns and make a care plan suitable to your needs. Definitely would recommend 👏👏👏

Super sweet staff from the moment you walk in. Excellent care from every aspect and a very compassionate Doctor that cares about his patients. Very clean environment. Everything is sanitized after every patient. I would highly recommend going there.

They are so amazing here. They have been so accommodating and understanding to me, even with last minute changes. The staff goes above and beyond and they make you feel so comfortable. Definitely would recommend using them for post accident recovery!

I have nothing but a great experience here, the uncertainty after a car accident is never easy. Dr. Moe, Karina, Nancy, Debbie, Asmara, and Nayelly make it feasible to focus on recovery rather than focusing there will be no healing. They do this by having a visible team work, starting from the Dr to every staff. Is a family atmosphere, as all patients are treated as they all matter. Dr. Moe is attentive and caring, Karina is gentle and loving, Nancy is on top of any insurance blocks or process, Asmara always has a smile, Nayelly is attentive, and Debbie, wow Debbie is the light of the office with her contagious laughter makes you forget what you are there for in the first place. They are a strong definition of team work. This is my second time going to Florida Spine & Injury Institute Lakeland, and will strongly recommended.

Very nice place with great and helpful staff. Amazing job with sanitizing and making sure the facility is clean. They have been very helpful with my recovery of my neck and back. I would recommend coming here if your looking for a wonderful staff and up to date facility and treatment.

The staff is always friendly. The facility is well take care of. Getting in an accident definitely stinks, but the way the staff takes care of you makes the recovery process easier. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I am definitely glad I was referred here to treat injuries following my accident. The doctor and staff have been great in treating my neck and back. The office and equipment are always super clean and sanitized. I will absolutely recommend to family and friends!

I was in a car accident 10/28/2020 and the staff/family at Florida spine & injury treated the injuries and me personally better than I've been treated any where else. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about injuries and the proper way to handle issues.

Dr. Hamtaee and the staff are amazing! Professional, courteous, and attentive. I’ve been seen for all of my appointments on-time. Their services have provided great relief and positive progress for my injury. No one wants to get injured, but if you are, I’d strongly recommend coming here.

I been a patient since 2016 after 2 car accidents which left me with major lower back and shoulders injuries and continues pain limited mobility. Florida spine & injury institute provides amazing customer service, the staff members are the best they are not just professional but very personable with each patient ensuring that we are cared for. I know Dr. Hamtaee is the best, he pays attention to your concerns and makes adjustments to your care to help get you back on your feet and a better quality of life. I recommend them for your care after any accident whether car, slip, trip or fall. Awesome

Clean, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and ethical are words I use to describe this facility. I have been treated with exceptional care after being in a car accident and having back problems. Dr. Hamtee and his staff really go out of their way to make sure that every client feels valued & knows the importance of their personal care. If you are concerned about covid19 then look no further. This is the best!

Ok~so where do I begin?
First off~This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have been going to chiropractors since I was 16 due to my asthma & I honestly have never found a facility that has offered all the services that Florida Spine & Injury Institute does, along with the amazing personalities within!! This place is IMMACULATE, as well~WHAT A BONUS!!
The staff is WONDERFUL!! 100% professional, very compassionate & always friendly & eager to help! I honestly did not think I would ever start to feel better, but the staff reassured me & helped me to stay positive & even wiped away some tears!
Last but not least~ Dr. Mohammad Hamtaee is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! There are no words to describe his level of patient care! His compassion and professionalism, along with his OUTSTANDING Chiropractic expertise ~ is above and beyond!
There truly are no words~ you need to experience it for yourself~ TRUST ME!
Thank you so much, DR. Hamtaee & staff~ you are all truly a blessing!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!

So many great things to say about Dr. Hamtaee and his assistants. I was amazed by his ability to manipulate my spine without any discomfort. Dr. Hamtaee and his assistants are professional, caring, bilingual, soft spoken and they make you feel comfortable. He will take his time with you and he actually listens to his patients!
He offers decompression therapy which helped with my low back pain. I was pain free the day after treatment. The massage chairs are awesome! The patient rooms and adjustment rooms are private.
The office is conveniently located on S. Fla Ave directly in the middle of south and north Lakeland. It was so easy to schedule an appointment and he offered me same day appointment. The office is clean and smells good. It’s very spacious and well decorated.
They accept PIP and bill the auto insurance companies for you. If you need to see an Orthopedic, Dr. Z is there to help. This was the perfect place for me to seek treatment for my low back pain. One stop shopping and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Florida Spine and Injury Institute in Lakeland

I have been a patient of Dr. Hamtaee for in excess of a year, and the one word to describe him and his staff is Outstanding. Dr. Hamtaee is not only a great doctor, but he genuinely cares and takes the time to not only explain the treatments in house, but activities that could be performed at home between visits so as to maintain continuity of treatment. He is also the consummate professional, yet easy to talk with. I highly recommend
Dr. Hamtaee should you ever need chiropractor services or treatment.
