There is always a very friendly atmosphere or vibe when I enter this place. It all starts at the front desk and Nayelly... is always so nice. I also want to mention that I am appreciative of the fact that she knows little things that count about me. I had a double stroke about 6 months ago and she noticed/knows its still hard for me to grab or pick up things, normally when I come in and she see me, she will pick the pen up and put it in my hand for me to sign in. I love the chats with Karina and the ladies in the back are awesome and very caring and attentive to patients needs or concerns. Dr, Hamtaee also listens to concerns and makes the appropriate suggestions or referrals for other services. I love that the staff clean equipment after each patient. Debbie, Asmara, and Nayelly make it feasible to focus on recovery rather than focusing there will be no healing. They do this by having a visible team work, starting from the Dr to every staff. So many great things to say about Dr. Hamtaee and his assistants. I was amazed by his ability to manipulate my spine... without any discomfort. Dr. Hamtaee and his assistants are professional, caring, bilingual, soft spoken and they make you feel comfortable. He will take his time with you and he actually listens to his patients!He offers decompression therapy which helped with my low back pain. I was pain free the day after treatment. The massage chairs are awesome! The patient rooms and adjustment rooms are private.The office is conveniently located on S. Fla Ave directly in the middle of south and north Lakeland.
